I was born in the beautiful island of Barbados. I started eating vegan in 2006 but as an island girl we like food big in flavour so being vegan was a bit tricky at first.As time went by I was able to enjoy some Barbadian meals after veganizing them.

I am tired of cooking recently after that moussaka. I will do real post again like from august 2008. I am studying so my dad cooked lunch and it was very delicious He did seasoned fried tofu, curry chick peas and seasoned kidney beans. The dish was seasoned rice with sweet fried plantain. I am getting sleepy from all that food See you soon
