HEY THIS BLOG HAS MOVED HERE
I was in a hurry so I did not allow the dish to set so I could get a nice chunk
However the taste made up for it
I used penne because we do not buy a lot of pasta at my house and it was either that or linguini
which makes me sick most of the time.
Mac and Cheeze
2 cup Vegan White Sauce
2 cup penne cooked
1/2 zuchinni chopped
1 tsp black pepper,paprika, basil,
1 tbs amino acids
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 large clove garlic crushed
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp coconut fat ( this is what you get from the coconut milk when you leave it for a few days to settle in the fridge)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tomato diced
4 fresh basil leaves
Method
Cook pasta
Stir in sauce and all ingredients other than the tomato,basil and breading
Place pasta in baking dish and top with tomato basil and breading
Bake until brown
Enjoy
Note: My dish was a little low on salt because I like it this way but you can add more salt to taste and maybe some vegan butter for more richness.
I made some vegan sausage at work and I forgot to add it in the dish

Yummy! I love vegan mac and cheese. Now I have a serious craving.
That is why I cooked it in the first place. I saw it on someones blog maybe yours....I do not remember and I said I must have it!
